Message: I highly recommend staying at the Beach Breeze Inn if you're visiting Falmouth, Woods Hole, or surrounding towns! It's located one block to a public beach (so offers views of the water), within walking distance to downtown Falmouth, and only a short drive from the heart of Woods Hole.. Walt was a wonderful host from arrival to departure, and made sure we knew where to get coffee in the kitchen in the morning, that we had all the supplies to make s'mores at the fire pit each evening, and kept our room clean and supplied with fresh towels.. Will definitely look for a chance to stay here again!

Message: A very pleasant, cheerful and immaculate inn, situated in a quiet neighborhood. Good sleeping. Walt is a most helpful innkeeper, who will sort you out in a jiffy. Easy and quick access to WHOI by bicycle, or a good stroll along the shore. Falmouth main street is nearby too.

Message: We visited off season, so we were able to take advantage of low room rates. We stayed in the Vineyard Suite on the third floor; it was wonderful! Spotless room, big comfortable king size bed with lots of pillows, two upholstered cushioned arm chairs in a little alcove, beautiful modern bathroom, mini fridge and awesome views. The room is bright, airy and very tastefully decorated. The house was clean and quiet, the kitchen has coffee and tea available. The location is great, close to both beach and town. We’re looking forward to visiting Falmouth again, and will definitely stay at the Beach Breeze Inn if possible.

Message: Here for a few days first weekend in December. Love this inn. Done up nice for the holidays, rooms are nicely decorated and clean. Love sitting out on the front porch with hot cider or coffee in the morning. The beach is a few minute walk in one direction and the downtown area a short walk in the other direction. Love the area and the innkeepers are the best!
